What services do you offer for house cleaning?
We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including general house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and home organization.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, We will provide all cleaning supplies necessary for us to accomplish any type of cleaning effectively.
Do you use green cleaning products?
No, but if you have a chemical sensitivity or concerns about traditional name-brand cleaning products, we are more than happy to clean using products you provide.
Do you have your own vacuum?
Yes, we work with two types of vacuum cleaners, one specific for wood floors and another specific for carpets and rugs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 36 hours’ notice (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–11 PM EDT) to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 36 hours's notice, a $50 fee will apply. This means, for example, if your cleaning is scheduled for Wednesday at 10 AM, you must notify us by Monday at 10 PM at the latest.
