Yes. We arrive with everything the job needs, including commercial-grade vacuums for hardwood, tile, and carpet. If you would rather we use a specific product from your home, leave it out and let us know.

No. There are no contracts and no deposits. Recurring plans can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled anytime with 36 hours' notice.
Pricing is based on the size and condition of your home and the type of clean. Standard cleans are a true flat rate: the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Deep and move-in/out cleans are quoted as an estimate, and if a home needs more time than expected, the extra time is billed at $125 per hour, prorated. You always get a firm number before you book.
A standard clean is recurring maintenance for a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean adds the detail work that does not need attention every visit: baseboards, inside windows, tile and grout, and vents. If it has been more than a month or two since your last professional clean, we usually recommend starting with a deep clean.
